How can I return an item that doesn't fit?

You can return your unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase. Use our online returns portal to generate a label, or visit any of our physical store locations for an immediate exchange or refund.

Are your sneaker releases limited to one pair per customer?

To ensure fairness during high-demand launches, we strictly enforce a 'one pair per customer' policy on all limited edition sneakers and raffle wins. Multiple orders placed by the same individual may be canceled.

Which payment methods do you accept?

How do I enter a Footpatrol Launches raffle?

To enter a raffle, download the Footpatrol Launches app, create an account, and select the desired release. You must provide payment details upfront; however, you will only be charged if your entry is successfully drawn.

Yes, we ship to a wide range of international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
